Dave.e.Q is possibly one of the finest soul singers on the circuit today. With his distinctive power he delivers a head turning performance that stops audiences dead in their tracks.

Dave.e.Q learnt the art of singing through his early Rock 'n' Roll influences such as Little Richard & Gary "US" Bonds and then in his search for more singers using these powerful vocal styles found soul music. Dave's distinctive power and soul sound was influenced through the interpretations of Sam Cooke, Wilson Pickett, Marvin Gaye, Sam & Dave, Otis Redding, Edwin Starr, Stevie Wonder & Percy Sledge. Dave.e.Q is very particular about the backing tracks used in his show and many are the actual tracks that were used in the original studio recording by the original artistes.

Dave.e.Q performs a variety of soul music in his show including 60's Atlantic, 60's Motown and Northern Soul as well as classic 70's Soul / Disco cross material and 80's Soul / Synth and carefully selected classic soul songs from the 80's and 90's.
