In April 2006 The Orchid Group acquired 290 pubs, bars and restaurants from Punch Taverns for £571 million.
 
 
 Following this significant acquisition, The Orchid Group are now ranked as the 5th largest managed pub retailer in the UK. Through this acquisition The Orchid Group now own a dynamic range of leisure retailers including: Oriental Restaurant Group, Bar Room Bar, Country Carvery, Jim Thompsons and Q's
 
We don't intend to sit back and relax now. Our team are now implementing a multi million pound investment strategy which will re-define the pub leisure market.
