The Sharnbrook Hotel is a purpose built Restaurant, Bar, Banqueting, Conferencing & Hotel commandeering a 3.5 acre plot located in the heart of the North Bedfordshire countryside, near the M1 motorway and in close proximity to local amenities and the towns of Bedford, Kettering and Milton Keynes.
Designed, Built and Run by the Ciampi family, the new premises for the family business opened in November 2006. There is so much to do in the local area whether you are considering walks in the picturesque village of Sharnbrook and its surrounding villages or visiting any of the local attractions such as Sporting Targets, Monster Events, Bodyflight, PalmerSport, Skirmish Central Paintballing or Bedford & County Golf Club, our hotel will be the perfect option for your visit to Bedfordshire. The VesuviO Restaurant & Bar has been the Ciampi family business since 1987 where it originally opended in Clapham, Bedfordshire and in November 2006 it relocated to the new site, still serving our excellent traditional English and Italian cuisine. Accomodation
We opened The Sharnbrook Hotel, which is entered through our main lobby with guestrooms on the 1st floor, in April 2007 approximately 6 months after we opened the new look VesuviO and introduced The Amalfi Suite to our long term, loyal customers.
Our hotel has 23 guestrooms all located on the 1st floor with lift access. Within these we have 2 Executive/Bridal Suites and 2 Disabled Access rooms, all 21 double guest rooms can be offered as Twins, and family options are also catered for with the addition of camp beds for under 12's.
Designed to the highest standards and using original imported Italian materials, the accommodation will offer a relaxed, comfortable and authentic Italian experience complemented by the ultimate modern facilities.
