Built in 1999 and part of the Hungry Horse group, The Parched Poet is a high class food orientated pub suitable for all ages.  Originally set up as a restaurant rather than a pub we are gradually offering our customers more pub hospitality.  Our food and drink can be enjoyed in friendly and comfortable surroundings with a very good atmosphere found here at all times.  Decorated to the Hungry Horse style we boast much character which helps to create a guaranteed pleasant time.  Choose from the extensive menu with each meal being huge in portion or visit the bar with its wide selection of drinks.  We are ideally situated on the edge of a Retail Park, opposite an Odeon cinema.  Bring the family to this trouble free, female friendly pub - we all look forward to seeing you.
